Imagination Kidz is the perfect venue for your next family celebration, christmas party, corporate function or school or community group or other children’s function. We allow flexibility to design your own event. Options available include: • Catering for children and adults • Bring your own food • Cafe open for food and/or beverages

Standard Schedule
Weeknights are available from 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday functions start from 5:30pm. Vacating time is 10 minutes after your function finishes.

- Deposit
- A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking date.
- Availability
- Every night of the week, 5:30–8:30pm. Weeknights from 5:00pm if required.
- Running over time
- Extend with prior notice, or on the night for up to 1.5 hours, at $75 per half hour.

Staff & Cleaning
Staff on the night
Staff are available to assist and will set up a designated food table for heated or prepared items, though they don't serve food directly to guests.
Cleaning up
Guests tidy up and place rubbish in the bins at the end of the night. Staff take care of cleaning and bin disposal from there.

Are we available for private hire?
Yes, Imagination Kidz offers full venue hire for larger events like corporate functions, sports breakup nights, or large birthday parties, with catering and self-catering options available.
Do my kids need to wear socks?
Yes, you must wear socks and adults are required to remove their shoes before entering the equipment.
Can I bring my own food?
No, there is a fully stocked kitchen/cafe with a wide variety of food and drinks. Obviously baby food and special dietary food would be an exemption.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
With at least 7 days' advance notice, your non-refundable deposit can be applied toward any open party date within the next 6 months.
Is a deposit required to secure a party booking?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your slot. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event.
Is a cake knife provided for birthday parties?
Yes, we supply a cake knife for all birthday party bookings. You are also welcome to bring your own if you have a special one.
Do you charge play by the hour?

"How far in advance to book a party?"
Weekend time slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and party room theme.
What decorations are allowed in the party room?
You are welcome to bring balloons and themed tablecloths. To protect our facilities, strictly no sticky tape or adhesive may be used on any walls or painted surfaces, and confetti and piñatas are not permitted.
Do you supply plates, spoons, or a cake-cutting service?
Yes! We offer disposable plates and spoons for $10. If you would like our team to provide the cake knife, plates, napkins, and handle the cake cutting and serving for you, the full service is $20. You are also welcome to bring your own setup.
