Enjoy exclusive use of our indoor play centre and create an event that suits your group, with flexible catering and food options available.
We allow flexibility to design your own event. Options available include:

Standard Schedule
Weeknights are available from 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday functions start from 5:30pm. Vacating time is 10 minutes after your function finishes.

Are we available for private hire?
Yes. Imagination Kidz offers exclusive private venue hire for larger events such as family celebrations, corporate functions, school events, sports breakup nights, large birthday parties and community gatherings.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Do my kids need to wear socks?
Yes, you must wear socks and adults are required to remove their shoes before entering the equipment.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food for your private venue hire. Imagination Kidz can also discuss catering options for children's food and adult platters.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact Imagination Kidz as soon as possible to discuss your booking. The current page states that with at least 7 days' advance notice, the deposit may be applied to an available future booking date within the next six months.
Is a deposit required to secure a party booking?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your slot. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event.
Is a cake knife provided for birthday parties?
Yes, we supply a cake knife for all birthday party bookings. You are also welcome to bring your own if you have a special one.
Who is responsible for cleaning up?
Guests are required to tidy up and place rubbish in the bins at the end of the event. Staff take care of further cleaning and bin disposal.
Can we extend our venue hire time?
Yes. With prior notice, or depending on availability on the night, you may be able to extend your function for up to 1.5 hours at $75 per additional half hour.

What happens if we damage equipment or do not follow venue requirements?
Additional charges may apply for damage to equipment or failure to return the venue and tables to their required condition. Please follow the venue requirements and speak with our team if you have any questions before your event.
Can I leave my children at Imagination Kidz?
No, children must be supervised by an accompanying parent or adult at all times.
"How far in advance to book a party?"
Weekend time slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and party room theme.
What decorations are allowed in the party room?
You are welcome to bring balloons and themed tablecloths. To protect our facilities, strictly no sticky tape or adhesive may be used on any walls or painted surfaces, and confetti and piñatas are not permitted.
How many guests can attend?
Our private venue hire can accommodate up to 150 guests.
What time is private venue hire available?
Private venue hire is available every night of the week. Standard venue hire is generally from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with weeknight functions able to start from 5:00 pm if required.
What is the standard venue hire schedule?
The standard schedule is:
- Set up: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm
- Venue hire: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Cleaning & vacating: 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm
How much does private venue hire cost?
Private venue hire is $700 for 3 hours.
Can I use the kitchen facilities?
No. Kitchen facilities are not available for guest use. A pie warmer and cake fridge are provided.
Are drinks and coffee available?
Coffee and tea can be available if requested at the time of booking. Other food and drink options may also be available for purchase.
Is a sound system available?
Yes. A Bluetooth or USB speaker is available so you can connect your phone or play music for your event.
